We appreciate that Probate matters involve dealing with the assets of departed loved ones and as such try to deal with these matters in as sympathetic and a professional manner as possible.

We offer fixed fees for will drafting (depending upon complexity) from £80 for a single will and from £120 for a joint will. If your circumstances are such that a more complex will requiring inheritance tax planning is needed we will be able to provide an indication of the likely cost, once we have discussed your circumstances. We can do so during a fixed fee interview, the charge for which will be waived if we are subsequently instructed in the preparation of your will.

The fees charged for acting as executors, or on their behalf, are dependant upon the size of the estate and its complexity. We would normally look to charge our fees as a percentage of the estate and would be happy to discuss your requirements and give an indication of our likely charges. We will always seek to agree our fees in advance of carrying out any work.
