We are committed to Legal Aid and as such are on the Duty Solicitor scheme for both Maidstone Police station and the Magistrates Court. We will advise as to your entitlement to legal aid, and also give realistic fixed fee quotes for all work where legal aid is not available.

Due to the nature of the work we often attend police stations out of hours when required.
